He was glad to be back again, leaving had been a bad decision on his part even if he had bolstered AniWaya's resources and increased their genetic lines. Animal's were easy to acquire but the time he had lost with his daughter dug at him, and Mizu had been attacked by that demon of a brother she had. He felt guilty for the bad things that had happened, maybe if he had been here he could have helped stop it or at the very least reduced their impact. The Austral man's ears were flush against his head and his tail limp with the horrible feelings inside of him. He passed by the stables, done with his work for today and fancied wandering around for a while, wanting to be as useless as he felt.
Curious nickers followed him but the man didn't respond to them, the man set off in the direction of the village, hoping that the Great Fire and the hustle and bustle of the village could help him recover his mood somewhat. Since arriving he had become surprisingly attached to it, the thought made him wonder if he was secretly going insane, who ever heard of someone being attached to a fire? Fire itself maybe but a single fire? It was enough to boggle his mind. With a snort he shook his head trying to shake away the wierd thoughts that were plaguing him. The Austral man was paying pretty much zero attention to his environment and if he were to be attacked at that moment it would be a complete surprise to him.
