It was a rather beautiful creature, Skye noted as it slithered silently away, its green scales flashing. It must be strange not to have any arms or legs, and have to live your life on your belly, creeping along the floor slowly, like a snail. She knew that it may be poisonous as to ward off any predators that might eat it, which compensated for the smallness and lack of other defenses.
