Her touch to the girl's shoulder lasted only a moment, but it had been enough to tense the wolf before her. Sa'adat was surprised at how quickly she relaxed again, her own smile surfacing as her tail wiggled just slightly behind her. The next gesture was easy to decipher — this girl was Melee. The jackayote glanced in the distance, toward the mountains that had brought the younger two-leg, before her own hand pressed against her small chest. Sa'adat. A name so different from Melee was Sa'adat, and so too was she so different from the girl who stood before her. This girl was a child of the mountain range, while the coyote was a child of unknown Gods, but she was comforted by the idea that this monster girl was not so much the beast she had anticipated. Clearing her throat, she turned herself toward the mountain squarely. Melee...come...there? One slender arm pointed toward the sky — communication was not her forte, but she hoped she hadn't lost her meaning.
