The small female had been taken in by a fierce female warrior. Of course she ended up having to prove herself. That didn't really matter to her though. She was always proving herself around her brothers anyways so to show that she belonged wasn't much of a task at all. She hadn't even balked at what she had to do in order to prove herself either. No one had to build up the prejudice and hatred for wolves within her. She already had that herself. She had already been wronged by the species at such a young age. She already had that burning passion for their eradication.

But that wasn't why she was out in the woods by herself. No, she was looking for her brothers though she would settle on some other form of entertainment. She didn't have her siblings to tag along with so she had to start making up her own things to do. The trees could provide their own form of entertainment with the sounds of wildlife that flickered through. Actually wildlife, that would be a good place to start to look for something to entertain herself with. It wasn't like she could go on wolf hunts all of the time. At least not at her age. She wasn't even allowed to participate actively in the hunting of food.

The young girl stopped in her tracks when she found the mangled corpse of a dead bird on the ground. She gave a glance around the area, looking for where the bird might have come from. She had even craned her head back in order to look up into the trees to try and find a nest. She couldn't see one and didn't see any other deceased fowl in the immediate area. She wasn't certain where it had come from but it hardly mattered to her. No, she simply pawed at the specimen to make certain that it would move. Once she found it wasn't stuck she bent her head down to gently pick it up in her jaws, not wanting to damage it any more than it already was. She carried the carcass over to a felled log and leaned it up against the remains of the tree in order to make the dead bird stand up.

The coyote female promptly sat down after she had her toy set up. "Hello there Mr. Squishy, I am so glad that you could make it." She started to talk to it, treating it like a doll at some sort of tea party. "Are you hungry Mr. Squishy?" She asked the corpse and seemed to listen for an answer. After having gotten a silent answer from her guest the girl bent down her head to pick up a leaf in her mouth and placed it on the log next to the bird's head. "Eat up Mr. Squishy, there is plenty where that came from." Of course after a moment or two Symera had to knock away the leaf with her paw to show that Mr. Squishy had in fact eaten it.
