It would seem that they were at an impasse. Melee couldn't be made to turn against her own kind and Symera refused to even think that there might be some sort of good in them. After all Melee's aggression had just proved to Symera that all of them were bad. That they were all willing to attack at any moment, it not mattering that nothing physical had happened. Besides Symmy's mother had been talked about and the other girl hadn't even felt upset by it. For all Symmy knew every single wolf had been in on it. That they had gathered together and planned it or something. It was why they all needed to be done away with, in her personal opinion at least.
The girl growled and bristled further as she was called stupid but at least the older girl had recognized just what she was. She knew that she was stinky and had finally accepted it. It was a small victory but still a victory nonetheless. She had even succeeded in chasing the stinky off. Or at least that is how she saw it in her mind as the female had walked away. Perhaps the child was disturbed but could she really be blamed given the circumstances? she had a couple of major upsets in her life at such a young age. All she had been shown was the negativity regarding wolves.
Once the other was gone was Symera finally able to return to her games. She turned her attention back to the bird corpse and walked over to it. "Come on Mr. Squishy, it is not safe for you out here." The small girl spoke to her toy before she picked it up gently in her jaws. With a secure grip on the decaying animal Symera made her way back to Inferni. Her little party had been spoiled and so she was no longer interested in continuing it, at least not out of Inferni lands. Inferni was her safe haven and she wouldn't have to deal with stinkies there.
