The black alphess was understandably steaming from the recent raid, but Wematin just did not care. Her terms were outrageous and her attitude worse so--especially those of her companions. There was just no respect in the world anymore. Maska had signaled for the prisoners to be brought forth, but the grey and black man left that to the underling Guardians, not trusting the Councilman to be alone with these...ruffians.
The two were brought forth swiftly, and it was obvious they were worse for ware. They had tried to get information out of them with several methods, but had come up dry no matter what they did. The sight of them obviously distressed the opposing party--although 'distress' might not be such a prudent term as 'enraged'--and one male decided to overstep his bounds. Wematin's normally stoic face contorted into threat as he took a step forward, curving his claws like strong hooks and baring his fangs. If he hadn't taken disrespect from one of the tribe, why in the Great Spirit's name would he take any form of it from an outsider? "You better watch your tongue," he growled out before flicking his gaze to his leader. "Iyuno nihi wili alisgolvdodi ayv, Anasgayv, ayv yelique eluwei nasgiasgaya nigohilvi?" He was sorely hoping Maska would say yes, and not only to support the lacking issue of boundaries, but for...a sort of justice to be done for hurting--and in one case, killing--one of their own.
