The large wolfess ran across the limits of her new pack. She just started to make her rounds protecting the pack of intruders a couple of hours after she joined. She felt so free running across the borders, with no need of really taking care if she entered the territory of someone else, now this was her territory and it was her turn to defend something. She tasted the wind as running on her fours, trying to go faster and faster.
Enjoying the feeling of the fresh air on her face and the grass under her paws she almost didn't noticed the scent of a stranger. It was a weak scent but that may be probably caused by the strong winds that carried it away thought and all around the woods. She stopped for a few seconds to catch the scent trail and then started running even faster toward the scent's direction. As the black female approached, she could notice that it was the scent of a female and that she wasn't of her new family. Putting more strength on her steps she almost flew through the forest in order to meet the stranger that was leading into her new home.
