'It depends...' Odessa murmured, crossing her hands over her chest and turning to look at the stranger. 'Any ideas why you can't sleep?' If she got an answer she'd be able to make a judgement on what she needed to prescribe. Valerian came to mind straight away, but again it would depend on the cause? 'Pain, stress, lack of exersize?' the mottled medic supplied. Alongside Valerian, if pain was the outcome, she'd have to prescribe some kind of painkiller alongside it. For stress? It would be fine alone. And if lack of exersize was the case, a brisk walk would be recomended before bed. 'It depends really on what's wrong...' she added calmly, 'Nightmares could be a result of stress...' she mused, sliding her bag from her shoulder.
She produced a vial and a tub from the bag, 'Root or oil?' she asked, holding one in each hand. 'It really doesn't matter which one since they do the same but it only matters if you'd prefer one more than the other...' Odessa explained, '...It won't make you sleep, it's for calming people but it works in the same way. Gets shot of any tension which is the cause of most sleeplessness'.
