Water seeped through his fur, chilling his body all over, the pool's water turned out to be a lot cooler than he had anticipated but was thankfully only waist deep. Placing his feet carefully upon the slipper rock floor, he ran a hand through his hair, pushing his hair back away from his face revealing his scarred eye. Twisting around, arms spread through the water in an attempt to balance himself, he sought out where Sira was. Fish swam around him, their scale coated bodies felt strange as a few of the larger ones strayed to close; the fish seemingly unfazed after the initial surprise by having two canines in their waters. Pushing the thoughts of fish and what their close proximity out of his mind, he weaved his way through the water towards where he saw movement and head a familiar frantic voice. When his sole red eye found the girl, his head fell back and loud, roaring laughter escaped his throat, the sound deep and harsh to ones ears. Laughter continued, his body shaking and his ribs crying out in protest, but that didn't stop him; her face was a picture and her plead for help even cuter.
Wading through the water until he was close to her, he placed a hand on either side of her waist and pulled her up out of the water slightly with ease and a sly grin on his face, “No need to swim, the water isn't that deep, now stand up straight when I put ya down and you'll be fine” he chuckled, still picturing the others panic struck expression and then lowered her down slowly, hoping that she would actually listen to him.
