Sira had heard the howl, and it was strange to her. Her and her mothers howls were far from these howls. They were less throaty, and more of a squeal than a voice, and that was the way Sira preferred it. Cain had told her about what was going to be on that evening, but she didn't understand it. Thus she wasn't sure what to do, but feeling that she needed to attend, she fought her will to stay in the room. The young woman move out to where the howl had reverberated from and saw many faces, though they were wearing strange clothes. She was getting use to the idea of clothes because of Cain, but to see all this, was terribly strange for her. She hung back near the doorway quiet, scanning the crowd for the man she'd come to feel as her savior, no matter how mean he was to her, he was still looking out for her. She couldn't see him through the throng of wolves, and with scents intermingling with each other, well it would be impossible to track the man. She looked over at the while wolf she had thought was a teddy bear, and could see she was getting the utmost attention. She didn't know customs, nor did she understand what was going on, though Cain had said something about it. She was just going to hang back and watch, to see all that was going on so she could learn to understand this strange thing around her.
