The board automatically sends the file of your preference (HTML recommended) to your specified e-mail address. You can tell the forum to delete messages as they're archived as well, so you don't have to keep track of what you've already archived, especially since you can only archive 50 messages at a time (built-in limitation to avoid overloading the database). |
