is Zana in lupus? Smile

The scent seemed to be growing stronger. Mati stood still for a moment, though there was no sound to be heard. It was only the normal soft noises of the landscape that caught her ears, and such were easily ignored. Holding the staff tightly she continued. Her diligence was not neglected, and the scent of Inferni showed itself to her nose clearly with the shifting wind. Inferni was not their enemy, not when there could still be rogue AniWayans looking for vengeance. But her instincts told her to be careful, and she was just as protective as ever. Mati could not remember the last coyote she had encountered, the past months fogging her memories, and she trailed with great caution.

Then she had it. It was thick on the trail and in air. Just as it would if she was close enough to spring upon a doe and give chase in a hunt. Yet she could not see her. The fur on the back of Mati's neck rose, paw steps grew slow. A bend turned and there it was. Along the trail Mati halted to find the small figure of a young looking yote. You are in Crimson Dreams. She announced, wondering if the youth knew she was along the borders of a pack in which she did not belong.
