Word Count → 513 :: Table & Coding © Tammi; Prompt: Help a fellow member ready their den for winter: bring them some blankets, help them dig a wintering den, or even re-build parts of their home; Whomever decides to join just be aware that I want to try and get 6 posts from each involved party within this month if possible, then after those 6 posts each I'm not too concerned how long it takes to actually finish up the thread. Also figured this could be forward dated a few days to about the 7th or 8th just after Bastion gets done delivering blankets to the slaves

Broken glass is luxury; Friendly fires are alchemy

Bastion was making the last of his rounds before he would head on back to his room in order to rest and relax with his small family. Strange how he had come to think of Janos and Enigma as family versus just his puppy and his puppy's pup. When had his thinking even become altered? He couldn't pinpoint it. Oh well, it probably didn't really matter anyways. It didn't concern him enough yet to think about talking it over with his puppy or anything. For all he knew it was just a passing something or another. Everyone was allowed to have their passing infatuations and flights of fancy. This was most likely his and would pass soon enough.

The small male left the village where the slaves's quarters were located at in order to head into the area of the ruins with the remains of his finds. He still had some thin blankets left that he could give away to whomever ended up needing them. the rest of the items contained within the cart had to be taken elsewhere. He had some sheets and bandages that he needed to show to Eris and see what she thought of them. He had also find some sharp stuff that he delighted in, scalpels and needles as well as some plastic thread, that he planned on taking to his room. They were things that he could use when he played with the prey animals of Salsola. Or they could even be taken to the enclave with him when he needed to do his job.

So yes it was only the blankets that he was carting about that he cared to get rid of since he had to take what else he had with him to other places. The boy glanced around the area where most of the rest of the family stayed and realized that he didn't know where a good portion lived. Actually, he only knew the location of the leaders since he had never bothered to figure out who the others of the family were or where they lived. So to solve that problem he simply sent up a short call that didn't have any urgency to it but was rather a query of who was about. He figured that whomever showed up he could give away the blankets to in order to help the family member prepare for the colder months that were destined to come. While he might not have lived in this exact area he had always lived up north so he was used to the frozen months that were just around the corner. He wasn't certain how many others here knew exactly what was ahead and if they knew to prepare for it or not. He could think of at least one member that he had met that chose to wear clothing even while inside of Salsola so he figured that if he could find no one else then maybe he could figure out where that male was to give him one since he already liked to cover himself up.
