OOC: Mordy’s baby-senses is tingling. >>

Mordecai understood what Saxif meant, and wondered if this Anathema was the pack he crossed by earlier that bore skulls across its borders. Right after the thought came, he dejected it; the girl did not seem to be the kind to stick a wolf’s head on a stick and place it where anyone and everyone can see. His eyes lit up as she mention Zalen, and parted his jaws to declare that the ebony man was the one creating the pack, but Saxif’s hands distracted him, the limbs fluttering to her stomach. His maw closed in a grimace and stiffed the air about her, concerned that his acquaintance might be ill. At first he scented something vaguely familiar, but then, after another deep sniff, realized he had sensed this smell many times before, it was a near pansophy for the male, even if the signs were faint. Also, he could have sworn that he may have seen a bump, though he did not stare at her stomach to conclude such.

“When are they coming?” he asked politely, with a grin on his muzzle. He had many little cousins, and enjoyed watching them grow up, so children and mothers bearing them was something he knew well, and he somehow knew by her general scent that she had conceived. “Zalen’s actually spearheading the pack, we’ve been talking about it for the past week or so,” he said cheerily, glad that they shared a common friend, and if this fae was a friend of Zalen’s, she could not be as bad as he originally thought. “He suggests that we make it north, where none of the humanized Luperci dwell. Man, I can’t wait,” he cooed, drifting off slightly in his last statement in a daydream, imagining how it will be to be in a pack again.[/html]
