OOC: Sure, that sounds fine ^^

[html]

Kostya was engrossed in his work with the bow, too engrossed. He didn’t notice Tedros' presence until the coyote had entered the clearing and the sharp smell of Inferni reached his nostrils, much closer than Kostya had ever dared to get to the border and smell it before, silently cursing himself for straying to close to the border Kostya started scanning around the clearing, keeping his head low down over his work so as not to show surprise.

Kostya's head shot up and his grip on his knife tightened as the source of the smell entered the clearing, though his aggression died down at the figures slow gait and unaggressive posturing. Still the coyote stood before him was unmistakably a member of the Inferni clan, which meant that Kostya had to be careful here, lest he rankle his aggressive southern neighbours.

Still despite his trepidation Kostya's mood rose again when the stranger commented on Kostya's bow; his ability to make fairly decent bows was one of the things that Kostya was proud of and he greeted the stranger with a smile after their opening comment.

"Thanks, nice ta' know tha' wha' I can make measures up ta' tha standards of a pack hunter." While the comment was made in jest, Kostya's tone making that clear, there was an undercurrent of truth to it, as Kostya figured that a hunter supplied by his pack would have access to fairly high quality equipment.

Setting the half finished bow to the side Kostya looked up at the pack wolf, his gaze focused but not quite aggressive, reminding both himself and the other wolf that this place, while close to Inferni, was not actually Inferni territory. "So then, wha' brings ya' out here this fine mornin'?" Kostya questioned the other wolf curiously, his carving knife down by his side and unobtrusive but still in his hand.
