Carrion's ears twitched with each sound in the forest. He'd never been here before- Heading out of the Inferni packlands, he decided to head for the place he'd heard called Arachnea's Revenge. The name intrigued him- He'd always had a shivering fascination of spiders, and this place was rumored to have millions. The coyote's spear sunk into the earth with each step he took, the sound of his footsteps muffled by the damp earth. His bones clicked as he walked, a sound easily heard by any nearby. He wasn't stalking anything. Just going for one of his many exploratory walks. He stopped, and looked up into a dew-covered web, a large, yellow-striped garden spider resting in the middle. He reached out to touche the web, and the spider flinched, lifting its foremost legs in a threatening pose. The movement curled his lips in a slight smile.
