A bit unsure on where i stand with regards to secondary characters at the moment.
Just before I dropped Kostya I received permission to create an early secondary character, which is why i started making Neela, but then i dropped Kostya and Neela is now my primary.
My question is do i still have permission to make a new character whenever, or was my permission to make one early linked to Kostya or otherwise voided when i dropped him?
I'm not planning to make another character straight away from how new Neela is, but if I do then there's an adoptable that has caught my eye that i might be interested in taking up in a few days/a week when my schedule has stabilized.
