Nikki had never been a shy person and certainly not anti-social but since he'd joined Anathema he had avoided his pack-mates like the plague. It wasn't that they were bad or he wouldn't have joined them but he was still settling in and getting over whatever nasty bug had made him feel sick the last few days. In his short time here he had already found that he enjoyed it more then he had Aniwaya and he hoped things would continue to go well. As for now, he wanted to relax and the hot springs would be a perfect place to rest and alone to or so he thought. As he walked towards the springs he spotted Sam heading there as well and stopped in his tracks. Had she seen him? Cursing his idiocy he decided that perhaps it wouldn't be that bad as long as it was only one person, almost everyone else was asleep by now.
Nikki walked at a slow pace, in no hurry now that he knew he wasn't the only one up. He also wondered vaguely where Soka had gotten off to and decided not to worry about the hawk, she was spirited and definitely able to talk to herself and with Dre'ma safely corralled that left all his animals accounted for, which meant he had nothing to worry him or distract him from going to the springs. His one blue eye scanned the area, checking to make sure no one else was up besides him and the mystery woman then slipped into the inviting heat of the steamy caverns. Hello? He said softly. I know she came in here, I saw her. But with only one eye to see from, it was hard to see anything through all the steam so he shrugged and slipped into the hot water with a soft sigh of relief as he felt his body instantly start relaxing.
This was certainly nice and he hoped for more relaxing nights to come in the future. Letting his eyes slip shut he leaned himself against on of the cavern walls and drifted in and out of consciousness, wondering where the woman he saw went..
