The first movement Itzal saw was the puppies scrabbling out of the window. It made him smile as he watched the puppies take off. They were headed straight for him. The second movement he noticed was surprising, but pleasant. Io was raising after the pups, and apparently one of them, the brown one, was named Alejandro. Itzal smirked as Io was upon them and punishing the pups, which were apparently hers. He smiled and nodded at Io. And you as well. These pranksters yours? Io hadn't seemed pregnant last time he had seen her, but he didn't have much experience with pregnant wolves. Maybe he just missed the signs. Or maybe a lot had changed since he had last seen Io.
He looked over the puppies with a neutral look, smiling at the brown one name Alejandro. He must be the ring leader behind this joke on their mom. That reminded Itzal as something he would have done. That time seemed like a life time ago. He liked the little pup so far, if he was indeed the mastermind. And it is a good sign if pups are playful, it means they are doing okay. He glanced at Io with a smirk. Seems like they decided to have some fun and go exploring. He chuckled softly, standing on four legs and shaking out his fur. He didn't like sitting for too long. It made him antsy.
He looked at the hotel that the pups and their mother had come from. What is this place? Is it still in Anathema? Did you move out of the caves and come here? He felt like he was barraging her with questions, but he wanted to know things about this pack. Especially things about territory he didn't know about. And he was curious about what had happened to Io since they had last meant. He remembered the wonderful meal she had made for him, He hadn't seen her since though, and now he knew why. Since he was here though, and so was she with her puppies, they might as well catch up.
