Terra smiled down at the sweet pup. He certainly was an active little thing. She watched as Leon exited the clearing briefly. She was surprised that Leon had trusted her so easily. Most people were way more protective over pups than that. After all, for all Leon knew she could be murdering Trigger right now. Leon returned though after a brief pause. He was in optime now, and wearing clothes. Backing up Terra followed suit, muscles tightening as she changed into optime.
Her tail wagged as Leon inquired after her pack. I belong to Cour des Miracles. It's a place for misfits. The perfect place for a troublemaker like me. Terra grinned, belittling her own words. They were true though. Few packs would have put up with Terra's dominant attitude and mischievous nature. It was protective, and kept her safe from harm. Best of all, Terra was no longer on the brink of starvation. The threat of death was still there though. It was through her choice this time, and not through circumstance. Terra just couldn't get enough of dancing on that razor sharp edge.
