Terra managed to not laugh as Boof declared her hiding place a trick. It was a clever idea, but not one to be used in such a game. Decoys were for buying time, nothing else. Boof did seem to have a good grasp on tricks, though. Using a decoy wasn't usually an idea that occurred for hiding. Pleased by this development Terra concentrated on trying to track the pups, hearing the brother troop over to the den. Soon enough though, success was met.
Hearing Sophie's cheerful cry Terra stepped out. Shaking the snow out of her coat she bounded back over to the clearing with the den. She stooped down and licked the pup's face. Clever. Maybe I should use a decoy next time like Boof suggested. She grinned widely, hoping that the pups had picked up on some tricks for hiding better this time.
