The wolf let out a desperate howl, one Amy was sure no one would answer. After all, they were up in the mountains, and the closest pack was Salsola. The one member she'd met hadn't flinched at her having a slave, so Amy assumed that they had no problems with them. Besides, who would save such a pathetic creature? The wolf curled into a ball, no longer stopping Amy's attack. Licking her lips she moved forward, only to hear a cry from the side.
She turned her head, and barely managed to raise her arm in time. Amy yelped as the teeth sunk into her arm, keeping her from using her knife. Twisting Amy let her own teeth lunge at the stranger. She had no idea who it was or why the female had stepped in and stopped her game, but she was mad. Pushed back Amy desperately tried to fight against the heavy weight of the secui form. It was ironic that that was the form she was attacked with, considering it was her favorite form for killing. A mad laugh escaped her lips.
