Glistening and Glittering

Table & Coding © Raze; Okay, will do hun. I don't mind if you play Enigma a bit if you feel it'll help move things along or whatever. I don't have a set in stone personality for him yet but simply Basti would bring him up to adhere to Salsola customs and to listen to Basti and obey upon the first time of being told to do something

Bastion tilted his head to the side as he was questioned. A glance was given to Enigma and how he had been dressed to go outside of Salsola. But then that was the same for Bastion. The small male only bothered with clothing when he had decided to head outside of the family's lands. But just because he didn't choose to wear clothing at every opportunity he didn't fault the ones who did. After all there was Janos whom done so, often hiding weapons inside his clothing, and Bastion found himself fine with that. And well, Denver had been all covered up the last time that Bastion had seen him. So what it was that really made Bastion curious was why Denver would be asking since he clearly knew what clothing was.

"Clothes." Bastion answered simply, as he always did. But with this one he felt that he didn't even really need to answer at all since he thought it was self explanatory. "Why?" He couldn't help but ask. Why was Denver so unable to recognize what clothes were when he was constantly wearing them? Sure, what he wore and what he had placed Enigma in wasn't exactly like what Denver was wearing but Bastion assumed that it would still be easily recognized. The small male assumed that the other male knew more about clothing than Bastion did as he wore more in the way of clothing than Bastion did. And Bastion only wore what he did to keep his mark hidden, dressing up Enigma to get him used to the process when he finally was old enough to join the Family and gain his own mark.

Bastion ended up giggling as Denver kicked up the snow and it blew right back at him. And it was this small action that made Enigma believe that Denver was playing a game. Enigma gave a playful growl and bounded off after Denver when the male had started to leave. The large pup lunged himself at Denver in an attempt to pounce on him as part of a game. Enigma didn't understand that the other male wasn't in the mood to play and wouldn't appreciate wet paw prints upon his clothing and so he acted on first instinct. Bastion had giggled and Denver had played in the snow as they had been doing so Enigma figured that Denver was just trying to get in on the game as well.

Enigma having attempted to pounce upon Denver had Bastion giggling even more. He had a preview of just how the other male felt about dirty things but he still couldn't bring himself to alert Enigma to stop. It was simply much too amusing to Bastion to even think about cautioning the pup. After all he had gotten Denver to hold sticks before when he didn't want to so he wasn't too concerned. Who knew, Denver might change his mind and decide that he wanted to stay and play. After all, who could resist Enigma's attempts?
