Bastion didn't understand why the female would want something that wouldn't work but Bastion was all to glad to get rid of it. He no longer wished to have it in his sight so he simply didn't care what happened to it so long as it no longer remained among his belongings. "Don't want. No work. Can have." The small male gave the female the freedom to take the object away and keep it should she choose to do so. He had no use for it as he could not make it work for him.
"Bastion." He gave his name quite simply when it was asked for. He saw no reason to not give it out. After all others in the family already seemed to know it even if he had never formally introduced himself before. Now, he couldn't say that he knew the names of the other members as well. He simply hadn't taken the time to keep up with them as well. Perhaps it was wrong of him to not find the others important enough to care to figure out who they were and what jobs they angled for and such but well, that was simply the way that Bastion was.
A long glance was given to the female as she offered to help him. It had him wondering if he even really needed any help. He wasn't exactly sure. But well, he certainly didn't mind commanding others and having them do as he wished for them to do. So after a long moment he finally gave a nod of his head. "Get rid of what no work." It was the most simple explanation of what he was doing. The things that he couldn't use or no longer wished to keep around were being thrown out. Bastion simply didn't like having the things that he didn't want laying around where he could see them every single day. No, he was more the out of sight out of mind sort.
