A small smile pulled at Neela's mouth as both her and the other wolf, Saul her mind suddenly supplied, though Neela couldn't quite think where from, assumed almost identical apologetic gestures, though she wasn;t quite shore what the younger wolf was apologising for.
Neela gave a small flinch when he mentioned medicinal ways to deal with her nightmares, a polite way of saying drugs or plants with similar effects. In her youth shortly after leaving the "care" of her mother Neela had undergone a similar treatment to try and alleviate the anxiety and nightmares stemming from that. Whether through bad-luck or incompetence on the doctors behalf the experience had gone very badly and had resulted in an almost violent dislike of drugs of any kind and a fear of the effects they had on her mind, though Neela quietly shuffled alcohol out of this mental category, allowing herself a little personal hypocrisy.
Neela gave no indication of this, simply shaking her head with a sad inflection to her body language. "Nah, not fond'a d-" Neela had been moving her head upwards as she talked but suddenly blanched and stopped, ducking her head down as a wave of nausea left over from the nightmare rose within her. Quickly letting her head fall back down towards the ground Neela instead tilted her head up, a pained grin on her face, "Still a bit queasy. Would you mind helping me onto the ship please? Always helps my stomach out." Neela held an arm out hopefully towards Saul. She doubted at the moment that her legs would support her all the way to the ship until she'd had some time to recover and she didn’t fancy spending all that time with her stomach fighting to jump out through her mouth, figuratively speaking of course.
