Shiloh had found it was easier to cope with her loss by training. She had healed Renee and found that the bird was true to his word. He hadn't left her and was loyal to her. His speech was choppy but he understood Shiloh and was helping her find strength in herself. She had prayed over the tree she was going to use and made a target by stripping some of the bark away. She stood at a distance and notched a arrow like she remembered Saxif doing and stuggled to pull back the string. She left loose the arrow and watched it land short of its mark. Shiloh knew that she needed to eat more but she also needed someone to train with. She knew that Sarian was with X'yrin and had she had been pondering if the child should stay with her. Shiloh failed at being a mother, she knew that and Sarian deserved a woman who would take care of her. X'yrin did that and Shiloh found it was easier to channel her emotions though the bow and pull back the string.

She let loose another arrow and this time it sailed close to the mark. It hit the tree with a loud thunk and landed close to the mark. She smiled softly and tried again, letting her emotions go though the bow again and this time she hit the mark. She kept shooting till she grew tired, which was fast. She sat down and Renee flew down with a couple of rabbits. He landed on her shoulder and dropped her the rabbits. "Therrrrrrre you gooooo kind Shiiiiiiloh.," he said with flap. Shiloh gutted the rabbits and gave Renee the hearts while she ate the livers. She wished someone would come and spar with her. She stroked Renee's feathers and sighed. She wasn't the best wolf to be around but she was kind. Shiloh thought back on how Jace had saved her. Why did the woman save her? They didn't get along at all and Jace had been the one to pull her out of the water. She owed Jace everything. Yet she would never talk to the woman because of how Jace viewed the world. So much to think about and get emotional about and no one to talk to. she stood and notched another arrow, letting it fly and land right in the middle of her mark. At least she could lose herself in practice....
