WORD COUNT: 280
Snap. Well, there goes the neighborhood. RUN, LIGHT! STOP HIM! D8

Oh, hell no! That wolf's tail went up and Teo seemed to forget that Gemma was even there. Any traces of pink in his eyes seemed to fade away in an instant, replaced only by the blue ice that marked the Trovato in him. His own tail flagged, fur bristling as he returned the snarl with a vicious sound of his own, teeth bared and dripping, still slightly red from the bird's blood. Reasoning was gone. This vile thing, this wolf, was stepping out of line and to the beaten and abused Trovato, that was a crime to be punished for.

He snapped his jaws a few time on air, one last warning before he lost it completely. It was a fight he couldn't win, at least not with his injuries if they played any role in it, but the feral instincts didn't tell him this. The albino only knew one thing at that moment and that was the threat, the vermin, before him. It needed to be erradicated. There was only one way to do that and his teeth were more than up for the task.

With little more warning, he lunged. The sound was unlike any he'd emitted before, a blood-churning 'roar' only a secui was capable of, seeking and yearning for the taste of copper and the sound of a heartbeat dying. His aim was for the wolf's throat, long legs and narrow frame a difficult thing to counter. If nothing stopped him, it would soon become apparent that, despite his injuries and state of mind, the albino had a hidden talent for shedding blood. This would not be an easy battle for the wolf to win.
