Oblivious flirty Seb is oblivious and flirty. 
Sebastian was, unfortunately, only just drunk enough to not properly notice anything he didn't really want to. He noticed, for example, that both Light and Matteo were good-looking. That Light was as ruggedly handsome and muscular as ever. That Matteo was slim, handsome and very cute. That both men were attractive to him. He noticed that both men smiled, but failed to realise that both smiles were forced. He registered Light's words, but failed to take the tone into account. When he wasn't busy trying to seduce men, the Italian manwhore was an oblivious drunk. Even though he could only really be called tipsy at that stage.
Sebastian grinned brightly as Matteo held out his hand and introduced himself. In Italian, even. Sebastian shook his hand strongly, a bright and charming smile showing off his bright white teeth. "Salve," Matteo," he purred as he clasped the white-furred hand. "I am Sebastian." His smile flashed more widely for a moment as he bowed like a gentleman. He didn't quite kiss Matteo's hand, but it was a close-run thing.
He turned to Light as the slender albino stepped closer to the rugged Northerner. His eyes flickered downwards surreptitiously before he spoke, leaning his weight to one side and placing a hand on his waist. "Good to see you too, Light," he said warmly, taking a step back so that he didn't have to strain his neck to see eye-to-eye with the pale male.
Abruptly, he froze and glanced back at the tent. "Excuse me for a moment." he flashed another dazzling smile at the uncomfortable pair and dived back into the tent, emerging three seconds later with his satchel on his shoulder. Bottles clinked audibly as Sebastian reappeared in front of the pair, still smiling obliviously. Slightly more audible were the fresh roars and curses that were hurled after him.
"Were you here for any particular purpose?" he asked breezily, nevertheless casting a slightly worried look at the tent. Hopefully no one would care enough to actually get off their asses and come after him.
