By the authoritative sound of crackling, crunching bone, Liliya knew that Tawny had her job well in hand, and the help that she offered would have just been a luxury rather than a required necessity. Judging by the look of satisfaction her work gave her, Tawny deserved to finish that one all to herself, so Liliya turned to the bushes where Tawny indicated her things were and loped over. There was little commotion, having the place pointed out by the woman she found the supplies quickly, and she set the bags in front of the bushes and began to go through them, helping herself to the supplies.

The rope was easy enough to find, and she soon had the length of it out and was working the end into a slipknot. While she worked she glances out of the corner of her eyes at Tawny and wondered if she had been joking with her about eating the animal's organs. She knew that they could actually be quite tasty, and ground up could make a good sausage. It was the intestines that were the worse part, but dirty work didn't scare Liliya. You just had to squeeze all of the offal out of them and then they could be cured and made into perfect casing. She decided that, whatever the girl meant by it, she was going to take it.

“Yes, actually, I do vhant it,” she said, keeping most of the emotion out of her voice since she still wasn't sure of Tawny's angle.

The knot being completed, she held the rope aloft and moved over to the foal. “Ok now, stoopit horse,” she said, though her tone was calm. The horse couldn't understand her words but she knew it reacted to the tone of voice she used, so she tried to sound gentle. Still, the creature snorted and backed away from her. “No, comingk on horsie. Come here. That is it. This not keel you.” She urged, and the foal took a step forward, but at Liliya's next step it skipped three steps back.

She wrinkled her nose but kept going, and in a matter of seconds had slow motion chased the thing across the width of the clearing. Finally her patience was done and she threw the rope to the ground. “Baaah! Eet too stupid to come to me!” She yelled, kicking up clods of snow at the foal and not caring as it scrambled away from her, looping back through part of the clearing towards Tawny again.
