Jiva jumped at the yelping bark, and he turned to see what he had almost stepped on for he knew he didn’t step on anything squishy so it was possible he had nearly stepped on a pup. That was what it sounded like at least, so he wasn’t entirely surprised when he did see a puppy. She was cute, with her strange markings and her wagging tail. He couldn’t help but smile at her, even though his mind was in a jumble of confusion. His mind did leave that of Insomnia as well as the new pack as she spoke. How could he not forget everything and focus on such a cutie? He turned all the way around and spoke.
“Well I don’t find it easy to be in such a crowd.”
He explained, but lowered himself to her level he looked her in the eyes and smiled wagging his own tail, to let her know that he wasn’t going to hurt her.
“What kind of fun do they have in there? I only saw the shops, and the meditation.”
With the last mention he stuck his tongue out as though it were disgusting, though it had calmed down the man a great deal he didn’t think he wanted to sit still long like that again. It wasn’t too much fun and he couldn’t clear his mind like the old man had intstructed him so in all that experience probably annoyed the two men more than it helped Jiva learn to meditate. He wondered what else ther could be that a wolf like him could enjoy, and as he was puppyish still he wondered if she had found the better things to do. It did make sense to him... at least for now.
