Sorry for the wait :c from now on feel free to skip over magz cause she can’t really do much.

Maggie squirmed nervously as the kitten was presented, but her fears were lessened when Eris seemed pleased with the young one. Like Magnolia and Foxglove, the three kittens were all very different and didn’t seem very related at all. But she knew once the kittens were separated they would be just as sad as Magnolia once was when Lolita abandoned her. In time she knew the three creatures would be happy without their sibling counterparts.

Eris asked Foxglove questions that resonated with the young Confidant; while she knew Foxglove’s old pack had beaten and broken her, she didn’t know why she was so determined to join this dark and mysterious pack. Maggie hadn’t understood what she was getting into when she joined so long ago, but Foxglove was aware of the penalties for abandoning the pack or acting disloyal. Magnolia knew Sirius was not a compassionate Boss and would probably kill Foxglove should she have a change of heart. The thought cut right through her. Magnolia wouldn’t be able to handle her sister’s death if she was partly responsible for it. And she knew Magnolia was responsible for Foxglove’s desire to join the thistle kingdom.

Magnolia looked over at the gray and multicolored kittens left in her sister’s bag who were mewing quietly. Maybe they’ll get to grow up together after all, she thought to herself, letting a small smile betray her sharp features. She waited for Foxglove to respond to the Auxiliary, muscles still tense with nerves.
