Odessa did not know that Shawchert had not been entirely beaten by his captor no... he had been hurt by a woman from inferni, no talk had come between them only animosity and he had no chance as he had been injured already from Mars who had done a good job at hurting shawchert, which was how he got his missing ear. The cuts to his face were various from both his captor as well as his attacker who thought he had come far too close to the borders of Inferni. He could not even correct her for he couldn’t talk. He groaned when she spoke, but his eyes didn’t leave her. Shawchert was feeling far older than his age, and it was mostly due to the pain he felt in his hip and leg.
His ears folded back as she spoke. Once he learned. once he learned to be some kind of pawn to someone else’s game? He wanted to leave, he wanted to do what HE wanted to do not what someone else did. He had been a free wolf even when he had been in his father’s pack. No it would take mroe than this little speech to show him that he was no longer wild and free, though the taking of his tongue did the job for the most part, he still did not trust any of them, not even the slaves he shared the room with. He remained quiet, though his ears did not stay pinned to his head for too long he was sure that he would get hit pretty bad if he did. His eyes trailed to the woman’s slave that had joined them. Shawchert couldn’t help but twitching his own nose, feeling the bit of pain from his own nose ring. It wouldn’t heal properly if he didn’t let someone do it. He sighed in a dejected way but looked down, and not at her in a defiant way.
