Sophie wagged her tail happily as Caprica commented on her art, and then went on to say the whole tent was pretty. The young girl nodded in agreement, looking around at the other, more coherent pieces that people had put together. Her own were little more than blobs of paint on paper, but she was learning; once she could actually hold her utensils, she had no doubt that she could become quite good at this. She blinked up at Caprica with a little grin, wagging her tail and then shrugged, somewhat embarrassed by the hidden compliment.
" 'S easy!" She protested, and as the older girl asked her questions, Sophie smiled brightly. "Nope, y'just do this!" And she lifted her paw, balancing precariously as she very carefully patted at the paint, and then placed her paw firmly on a corner of the paper, holding it there for a moment with a look of intense concentration on her face before lifting it. A bright red paw print rested firmly on the paper, and she grinned brightly at her friend, shifting a bit so there was less of a chance of her falling over into the paint, her paw still raised--she couldn't put it down or she'd get grass on the picture; she'd learned that one the hard way.
"See? No brushes or pens or nothing! Just paws!" She giggled, and wiggled her ears excitedly, pawing at the air between them. "Now you try?"
