Neela was rather surprised when the soft sound of a child cut through the hustle and bustle of the festival to her ears, said appendages tilting to quickly locate a orange-red puppy being held in the arms of a black and white woman. Not pausing in her playing Neela squeezed her eyes shut in a mouthless smile towards the pup. Neela returned her attention to her playing after that and missed the attention that she garnered from the white and black woman herself.
The pair returned soon after that, this time approaching Neela. Neela stopped playing as she was spoken to, leaning her head back against the tree and letting her hands fall down to her waist. "Not long, only found the thing a few weeks ago." Neela smiled at the comment about the woman's child, performing a mock bow towards the puppy, "Glad to hear that somebody likes my playing then." Neela gave a happy grin, tail wagging slowly.
"Names Neela, hail from up north, a pack called Ichika." Neela didn’t offer her hand in greeting as she would usually do, mindful of the puppy clasped in the others arms and instead leaned back against her tree, waiting for the other woman to reply.
