A soft knock on the door pulled Hadley away from the dust. His ears flattened nervously before recognizing Sebastian's voice. It was just his master, there to give him a task probably. Wiping his hands clean of dust he hurried to the door. Making sure that he was properly submissive Hadley opened the door. Sebastian looked as smart and clean as before, bright fur shining. There was a new piercing in his ear. Hadley wondered if it changed how the ear felt, but managed to keep from touching it.
His eyes dropped to the ground, keeping still. Most of his injuries were scarred over now, no more fresh ones added. He wondered if he should say something or not. Amy didn't like him talking, but Sebastian encouraged it. Screwing up his courage he managed to make a small sound. Embarrassed by how pathetic that was the hybrid turned bright red from head to toe. Backing up to allow Sebastian to come in he kept his eyes down, hoping that he wouldn't be pressed about how to make a proper greeting.
