Luckily with his eyes on the floor he missed the raised eyebrow, or Hadley might have ended up a stuttering pile of stress on the floor. He really did want to please his master, Hadley just didn't know what would be expected of him. It made things rough, Hadley constantly second guessing what would be expected of him. Some of the things Amy had drilled into him seemed good to follow, like don't take anything without permission, and stay submissive. Other things, like talking and what to do to help Sebastian, Hadley didn't know what to do about.
The bright red male squeezed Hadley affectionately. Hadley returned the guesture awkwardly, his large arms almost engulfing Sebastian before he skipped over to the bed. Asked how his life was going Hadley cocked his head. It was a rather strange question for him. Thinking it over he noticed the gesture to come and sit. Hadley moved so he was practically nuzzling into Sebastian's fur, ears kept delicately flat as he considered his answer. Don't know what work to do. No new wounds. That seemed like a good enough update. Maybe more details would be required? Hadley thought for a minute more before continuing. Quiet.
