Let Your Instincts Rule

OOC here.

Nothing showing any understanding glimpsed in the coyote's eyes. She was taken back when he said that she could have killed her own horse. Terra wasn't even aware that she could have one. If she did, Terra was more likely to eat it than anything else. Bewilderment shot through her features as she crouched down in response to his actions. Keeping the horses penned for easy food access made sense to Terra, as it could save lives during a difficult time finding prey, but keeping them for other reasons was completely foreign.

Hearing Alder defend the horses as a task granted by the alpha at last got through to Terra. That was something sh could understand. Trust was a strange thing though. Trust? Why do you need their trust? Maybe he could teach her why what she did was so wrong, though at this point it was just as likely that he would decide he'd run out of patience and decide to drive her off. Terra glanced towards the horses, slowly settling down from their panic. She didn't see the trust broken, not understanding what that consisted of.
