Kiara seemed very much ready to play when it was suggested as she came surging forward. He allowed her to connect with his shoulders but his taller frame would present a challenge for her. His lips curled open as fangs where exposed and with her neck and maw so close by he challenged her quickly, surging forward with strong paws and putting the pressure on her back paws to see if she would struggle to stay upright. A fierce playful growl emitted from his throat as fangs lashed out at her, seeking to dissuade her from such an action.
Saluce quickly tried to attain an upper hand and expose her chosen point in play, pushing forward and hoping to pin her against a nearby tree. Each time she attempted to go for an ear his head would twist and nips and bites would shower her, not letting her have the ear she so desperately wanted to latch onto.
“You’re not getting one of my ears!” he growled at her playfully before she finally did. His growl roared even as he nipped and bit at her exposed neck knowing that in play he couldn’t really take advantage of her neck like it was. In a real fight trading an ear for the attacks throat would have been an easy choice, but for now he was bested by her fangs, that latched on and drove him crazy.
When his frustration boiled over, he finally acted in a powerful motion, his back legs pushed forward with an immense amount of power behind them, with his head pushing right into her neck. The act itself was meant to throw her or to even get her off balance to where he could turn the tables in this play fight. Whether she held onto his ear on the way down, well that was up for debate.
