Most of the time, Kiara didn't mind being bound to a single form. She enjoyed running around on four legs and found there were very few things she couldn't do. She could hunt, fish, and even trade at the festival. However, raising her paws high in the air was one of the impossible acts that Kiara couldn't mimic. The white wolf was sure that meant she would be stuck in the audience. Now that she knew magic existed, she wanted to get a closer look at the miracles. Yet, she would never be picked if she couldn't raise her paw. Snowy ears drooping ears and down cast eyes made her look like a scolded puppy. Her tail had stopped wagging completely.
When Felta chose her to come up for the trick Kiara coulnd't be happier. A cheerful yip sounded from her jaws as she danced around in a circle. Her previously downcast mood had completely vanished and was replaced by exuberance. With her tail wagging quickly behind her, she jumped up onto the stage and ran as quickly as her four legs would carry her over to the table. Mystified sapphire eyes stared at the brightly colored coywolf as she waited for the magic to begin. Kiara really liked Fleta, but now the feme was on a whole different level. Fleta was powerful and could do magic, she was amazing.
Once again the jem was held up for everyone to see, and Kiara followed its movements carefully. It was a beautiful red and it shined in the sunlight. The innocent female's mind realed as she wondered what wondrous properties the item might hold.
