The dark woman had dismounted as the coyote slipped into Eris’ home, dark feet hitting cold ground with a slight thud. Given her size, Siv was loud when not hunting—she could be quiet, but what need did she have for this within Salsola’s ground? No fear of attack lingered in her, even after the few strangers had challenged them. Siv had seen the might of Salsola that day and imagined these invaders would not return. Her fur had begun to grow back over the places where wounds had struck, and there was no discussion of such a thing amongst the members.

She smiled at Eris’ approach, one hand loosely holding the leather reins. Siv had begun work to customize her equipment, but other projects came first. The dark woman advanced and dipped her head to greet the Auxiliary properly, purple eyes falling to show respect. While not strictly needed to show her belly, Siv at least gave her leaders what they were due. “Eris,” she replied, and then took a step back towards the horse. A flap on the side of the saddle-bag was opened, and from it a large package was produced.

“My daughter is nearing the time at which she will become an adult, and I know yours are older than she. I brought this for them.” She undid the wrap and began to pull forth the leather objects. The first was a golden colored dress, soft and supple. “This is for Ataxia; it is still large enough for her to grow into it.” After passing this to the dark woman, she pulled forth a skirt, slit up the side and dyed a green slightly lighter than the color she had used for Sirius’ armor. It was close, but not exact, to the color of the girl’s eyes. “For Harrow,” the witch-woman went on, and then drew forth the final product. A dark brown-orange belt, tooled with thick triangular markings and with a pouch attached. “And for Artemisia.”
