Her blood boiled with frustration. She was getting heavy, and movement was more difficult. She was having trouble fighting. That wasn't to say she still couldn't take off someone's head if she wanted to. The average canine wouldn't stand a chance if she decided she wanted them dead. Unfortunately, those that were fighters were bound to start giving her more trouble in this situation. Amy had enemies, lots of them, and they wanted her dead. Normally they wouldn't even register on her radar, strong enough to deal with them without much effort. Being pregnant had put her in a horrible position of vulnerability though. While it could be viewed as a state of protection, few willing to hurt someone that was pregnant, Amy knew she still needed to improve. The male she had sworn revenge upon wouldn't hesitate with this, and she would be able to return all the pain she'd received doubled when they met again.
She swung around to where a pack was holding self defense classes. She forced her way in, despite the protests that she should take it easy due to her 'wide girth'. She found a position in the class, and began working through the routines. She moved fast, working on the skill. Amy pushed herself, finding the limits to her movement, and working on ways around them. Soon a pack member was working with her independently, seeing how much she knew, and helping her improve her fighting. Amy could kill silently without notice, but fighting multiple opponents or facing a highly skilled warrior was something she lacked training in. She could poison, disable, torture, and shoot a moving object accurately at a far distance, but fighting with someone trained was more difficult. Luckily Amy was a quick study, and she hadn't been sitting around doing nothing since discovering her flaw, already working to cover the grounds, now at a level with her sword that matched most upper class swordsmen, though still not amongst the best like she needed to be.
