Forward Dated to Feb. 16th Early afternoon.

InH February pack prompt.

Secui formed with assorted feathers in mane.

While roses were red and smelt simply divine, not all red flowers were roses. Just as the day looked bad, did not mean that all the days were bad. They were what one could make of them, and this particular female chose to make this overcast day something worth remembering.

In her maw was an assortment of carefully crafted feathers adorned with radiant beads made of both glass and colored wood. Trinkets worth what she traded for them, for while she could not use them all for herself, she was pleased to offer them as gifts in the spirit of good will to the new neighbors of the Northern lands. She had spent some time away from the pack with the visions of their Omega’s temporary banishment still fresh in her mind, but felt it was to give the pack a time to settle instead of avoiding them all together. She did not regret her decision, but was none the less saddened by it just the same. To reprimand another was never an easy feat to witness, but she still was firm in her convictions, believing that it was a lesson worth learning from and the boy would be better because of it.

But shouldering that mental burden did not mean she couldn’t be civil to the others of the pack. They were aligned and on favorable terms, weren’t they? And she was content to remind them of that, as well as show she was not the callous figure she feared she would be made out to be. No... she was simply to soft at heart to be projected as harsh.

She neared the pack borders with a slight bounce to her stride, with head and tail both held high with confidence and more visibly content, anticipant of what this otherwise dreadful clouded day would have in store. Coming to the strong scented borderline, she carefully placed her cargo at her feet before calling out her greeting to the ears of New Dawn and waited patiently for whoever would receive her.
