OOC Set for Feb 16

Hadley had woke up under the bed, shaking violently. He'd dreamed that Selene had been attacked, a vicious beast hurting her again and again, while he couldn't do anything to help her. Wondering if she'd come in after he'd fallen asleep Hadley twisted his head up, looking at the bed. It was tidied up quite nicely, the bottles quietly disposed of and the bed made tidy and comforting. There was no sign of the tiny female though. She'd gone off on some task, not telling him what it was. Not that she had to. He was just a slave. Selene could do whatever she wanted. It wasn't his place to stop her. That didn't stop him from wishing he had found out where she was going though. Ducking his head he rubbed at his ears, trying to block out the very non slave-like thoughts that plagued him. Hadley didn't want to get punished.

There was a cure, luckily. Hard work, and lots of it. Nervously he pushed the door open, looking around. There was no one out there to stop him. Quietly he stepped through the hall, trying not to draw attention. Heading out he looked around the fort. He didn't feel there was anything particular to do in the court house, but the houses were rather saggy. Maybe he could help fix them up. Hadley didn't have any tools, but he could clear away the rotting wood and the like. Reaching a house that looked fairly untouched, Hadley stepped towards it. There was the faint scent of canines, but very old. No one had been there for at least a month. Relieved that there wouldn't be anyone there to watch him Hadley stepped in. Entering what looked like a kitchen Hadley started tapping on the wood, tearing out where it had rotted away.
