The coyote Angel had given to her as a new slave was difficult. He was angry at everything. His youth would make him easy to mold, but until then she had a large choker on him, used when he decided to snap at customers and the like. Holding his leash in one hand Amy examined the remaining horses that she had for sale. There was only four left, and they were all quite healthy. The one complaint was that they weren't receiving very good care, as Amy didn't know how to care for them. She'd always depended on her slave for that. This brat was completely untrained however, and couldn't help her.
Sighing she examined the area around her. She signaled for the usual merchant to watch her wagon and headed out. Deciding that she would need to seek out someone to help care for the horses Amy set off. The slave struggled behind her, quickly falling into line as his air was cut off. Looking around she examined the various goods, searching for someone who might know about horses.
