WC: 315 OOC: Ohhai! Smile

The morning was a new day and Jiva was as jovial as one at his young age could be. He loved life, and his new pack. He loved everything around him and knew that he had plenty to give the earth and today he was doing just that, he was going to make sure that the lives of those rabbits stayed at a controllable pace, by sating his hunger. He had Tobias scouting, and though he was a hunter himself didn’t tell the bird to stop at just scouting no, Jiva would allow him to hunt if he so wished. The bird would give Jiva his portions as Jiva gave the bird his own. They worked well together, so when Jiva saw Tobias dive down he barked happily. Racing through the mountainous forest he hurried to see if the bird got his kill. Once arriving he was sadly disappointed. The rabbit or whatever it was the redtail hawk had dived for was too quick and had ran hiding.

“Better luck next time buddy, you scout now I’ll hunt”

He said, he didn’t want the bird to use up too much energy. He gave his barking command at the bird, as he did not fully understand everything Jiva said in high speech. The bird ruffled his feathers and took his time to take to the sky. This was something Jiva had gotten used to. He knew that Tobias was a friend and companion, and he wasn’t to boss the bird around all the time, but it was the only way they could talk. Right now at least, for Jiva really was doing his best to learn the speech that was made before they could talk as they did now. Sniffing the ground, but keeping his eye on the sky he moved around unaware that he was not alone in the mountains.
