Ciara didn’t particularly like spying on her fellow pack mates, but this time she couldn’t help it. She’d been resting on top of the den, paws crossed over one of the rock outcroppings with her tawny chin resting on it. She’d seen Jiva come skipping out of the den and her ears had perked forward watching him, before turning back a little in concern. The girl wasn’t used to birds being around, and when she saw it swooping at her pack brother, she had to keep herself from growling. Ciara held back, though, seeing Jiva’s friendly demeanour.
A short yip of laughter left her muzzle when Jiva tipped over in the snow, and her tail began to wag gently. She was getting hyper just watching the boy, and soon she found herself standing up and shaking her fur out. Quickly, she trotted over to Jiva and stuck her paw out, jabbing at the male with it. She then darted back a little and dropped back into a play bow. Her fangs bared, and a growl slid from her lips, but her tail wagging all the while would show the male that it was all in play.
She’d been dying for a bout of play fighting, and something told her that Jiva would be the right candidate. Her tail began to wag so hard that her whole slender body was wiggling, and her tongue finally lolled out of her mouth as she waited for Jiva to kick in and chase her.
