Jacinto was nice about everything, assuring her that he loved her. And she believed it. How could she not? She pressed herself into him softly, feeling miserable knowing that she had questioned that. Seeing his ears fly back in surprise and the way he seemed surprised was unimaginably scary for her. Now he'd leave. Now he'd go. But he didn't. He asked if she was sure. Nodding, she replied "Yeah." He seemed happy about it, instantly filling the girl with certain relief. She was terrified. Of conceiving children, it hadn't been done in the past before. She didn't want pain, she didn't want to hurt the children.
A small smile let itself wander over her worried face, as he touched her gently; feeling for the tiny life growing within her. "They're all Lykoi." She decided. Her last name on any of them wouldn't fit, it just wouldn't do. The hallowed name here in Inferni could be kept, they would be beautiful. She clung close to Jacinto for a long time, showering him in whatever love she could give. He cared. He wanted to stick around. It made Omni feel particularly happy to know that. They weren't in this for nothing. The russet woman wanted commitment, she wanted to be true to such a fantastic being.
Soon she was gently pulled up from the bed by strong wiry arms, huffing a yelp of confusion as he spoke of seeing Helotes. She was hesitant to do that, ruin things by spreading the news everywhere like a virus. Her brother in-law deserved to know though, leaving him out would be disastrous, and she had to admit. Helotes was good company to have around. She was ushered gently out the room to where Jacinto's older brother stayed, she flattened her ears quietly as he knocked rather loudly, calling for his bigger brother. She didn't want to say anything. Simply be a subject to examine, quiet and submissive in terms of what state she was in now. Was she strong enough to have her children live and be strong? Or was she too weak? Omni's thoughts were interrupted as Jacinto pulled her close, hugging and kissing her gently, congratulating her on their little "creation". She laughed, the first fit of giggles she had all day. The blue eyed girl held him tight, and as brief as it had been, the tan and cream woman pulled away to hold his hand and dubiously wait by the door.
