The dark Lykoi male had gotten up early this morning, his mind to excited to let him sleep. Zana was back, and though he had been making sure to give her some well-deserved space, but just the knowledge that she was next door to him was enough for now. He could hear her moving around every once in a while, and the little rambunctious too; it made him feel like he no longer was alone.
Helotes had been stoking the fire in his room, making himself some tea, when the knock had come. It had startled him, and he jumped, but the voices on the other side of the door were familiar so he got up right away, making sure to wipe his sooty hands on a rag before he did so. He opened the door to see his brother and new sister standing there, Jacinto with a unusual grin on his maw and Omni looking nervous yet happy. He cocked his head at them, Jacinto, Omni, good morning. What’s up? He was curious, Jacinto and Omni had kept mostly to themselves ever since they had mated up, but Helotes had seen them around; they did of course live in the same building.
