Blood dripped from the muzzle of Emmanuelle, the red liquid painting her pelt rather gruesome, she didn't realize an animal this large would bleed so much but as she looked at the rather large blood pool on the ground she realized this was true. An ear shifted automatically to the sound of approaching steps and her head soon followed suit, gazing upon a pale Luperci with blonde hair in a pony tail. Normally Emmanuelle would be enthusiastic and welcoming when another was near as this was her nature, but seeing as she had a large kill in front of her she knew exactly what the other came for and she wasn't about to just give her kill away to anything without a fair exchange.
The rust-streaked canine rose onto all fours and put herself in front of her kill, baring her teeth and growling at the other, noticing as she came closer that she was armed to the teeth with a variety of weapons. Oh great, the youth thought to herself. All she had was claws and teeth to defend herself at the moment, and while they were effective she wasn't sure how well she would fare against ranged weapons, such as the bow the paler dog carried. " Why are you here? " She questioned lamely, knowing all to well the blood soaked carcass behind her was the reason this one had interest, but she wanted the other to verify that she wasn't her to attack Emmanuelle and steal her kill.
Raising her head, she pointed her nose at the woman in front of her and scented deeply, the smell of furs, herbs and horse rolling off the other. Herbs especially piqued her interest, she had taken an interest in trying to identify and use different plants for medicine and spices, but without much luck to her dismay. She hadn't come upon anybody who had extensive knowledge of plants, and if this one did... Glancing behind her at her kill then back to the female, she wondered if they could make a trade... As long as the other one was willing.
