Amy watched Emmanuelle shoot at the target she'd made patiently. The first shot almost completely missed the ring, but it was an impressive shot for the first time using a bow. Her ears raised as she focused her attention on the female before her. The coyote mimicked the pose Amy had shown to her almost perfectly, improving. Amy was starting to feel like she'd taken for a fool when the last arrow hit almost in the center. Perhaps this female really was an archer, pretending to need the knowledge in order to give Amy charity.
Angry she crossed her arms, eying her suspiciously now. There was beginner's luck, but that was more than that. The way she'd moved with the bow showed true talent. She snatched the bow and arrow back, grumbling about the moose not being worth this much trouble. Sighing she put it away, turning to hear a request for trade. Her tail wagged behind her, ready to listen. The request wasn't anything unusual, having filled out such a request before. Ponderously she considered what she would take in return for the pair of lynx kittens. Two sets of bracers, a cloak tanned to keep out rain, more fresh meat, and a promise of a favor granted in return.
